"BRETAGNE" is one of my favourite passenger ships, she was built in 1989 and named after the French Region of "BRITTANY", she has an amazing legion of followers, I have sailed many times on the ship and never heard a negative comment. "BARFLEUR" back in service in March

After a brief spell with DFDS on the Dover/Calais route BF has announced that the 1992 built "BARFLEUR" will be back on the Cherbourg/Poole service on the 19.3.2013, great news and I am very pleased to welcome back an old friend, the ship is at Dunkirk at the moment with the distinguished company of another BF Cruise Ferry, the utterly beautiful BRETAGNE. "MONT ST MICHEL" ten years old last December

"MONT ST MICHEL came into service on the Ouistreham/Portsmouth route in December of 2002, she has now been in service for ten years together with the 1992 built NORMANDIE, it seems like it was yesterday that I went to Rotterdam to have a look at the ship under construction, photos above, also the ship underway in January of 2003 one of her first crossings, she was just weeks old. Restaurant "LE FLORA" on board PONT-AVEN
