Cruising on NORMANDIE

I was back on board NORMANDIE yesterday for another trip from Portsmouth to Ouistreham, took the 14.45 sailing, the ship arrived about 20 minutes late and left Portsmouth about the same 20 minutes after scheduled time, despite bunkering and a very busy Port activity yesterday, with the PONT-AVEN arriving from Spain and the cruise ship MINERVA also in Port, sailing at the same time as us. The crossing was very smooth with calm seas and beautiful sunshine for most of the voyage, we were nearly 500 passengers on board, it was good to see the people busy soaking up the sun, eating, enjoying entertainment and just socializing, summer is back, for me it was business as usual, a terrific meal at the DEAUVILLE and many, many photos, on board NORMANDIE for the fourth time this year, 23.6.2015
